A native of Italy, Marco grew up immersed in the traditions of Italian cooking, learning from his family and developing a deep appreciation for scratch-made cuisine. After training at culinary school in Florence and working across Europe, he brought his passion and expertise to the United States—eventually opening Marco’s Kitchen right here in downtown La Grange.
At Marco’s Kitchen, Marco blends his Old World roots with modern creativity. The restaurant offers an evolving, seasonal menu featuring handmade pastas, signature small plates, and unique prix fixe tasting experiences—all served in a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. It’s no surprise that the restaurant has quickly become a local favorite.
