The La Grange Carnival is one of LGBA’s largest and most visible community events, bringing families, residents, and visitors to downtown La Grange for a multi-day celebration.

LGBA is accepting applications from food vendors interested in participating in the Carnival. Space is limited, and vendors will be reviewed based on event fit, menu variety, setup needs, safety requirements, and overall logistics.

Before You Apply

Please be prepared to provide:

• Business and on-site contact information
• Your booth, tent, food truck, or trailer setup details
• Approximate space needed
• Power or generator needs
• Menu items you plan to serve
• Food source and preparation information
• Food handling, handwashing, sanitizing, and temperature control details
• Fuel type, cooking/heating information, and fire safety confirmation
• Insurance documentation (read requirements here)
• Information needed to help coordinate your Temporary Food Vendor Permit with the Village of La Grange

Time to Complete

Most vendors should expect the application to take approximately 15–25 minutes to complete.

Vendors with food trucks, trailers, generators, larger setups, or more complex menus may need additional time.

Vendor Cost

Food vendor pricing for the Carnival is:

• LGBA Member Rate:  $300 per vendor space (12′ x 12′)
• Non-Member Rate:  $400 per vendor space (12′ x 12′)

Additional fees may apply for:

• Larger spaces
• Additional footprint needs
• Power access, if available
• Other special setup requirements

Payment does not guarantee final approval until LGBA has reviewed your application and all required documents are received.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. LGBA may limit vendors based on available space, menu duplication, safety considerations, utility needs, and overall event layout.

All food vendors must comply with applicable Village of La Grange, Illinois Department of Public Health, fire safety, insurance, and event requirements.
