With locations at the Park District of La Grange and the First United Methodist Church, these robotics and engineering camps are a fantastic way to combine fun with learning.
RoboThink is an international leader in STEM education for kids, known for its engaging programs that cover robotics, coding, engineering, and entrepreneurship. Each session uses their proprietary building kits—no screens necessary—and is designed to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

🔭 Expedition to Mars Summer Camp
Blast off on an extraordinary expedition to Mars! Campers will use rovers inspired by real NASA missions and build spaceships with RoboThink’s exclusive kits. This interstellar adventure is packed with engineering challenges, astronomy fun, and hands-on learning.
Topics include: mainboards, sensors, gears, motors, energy concepts, and more.

💼 Entrepreneurship Summer Camp
Have a great idea? Want to start a business? Campers will design their own company from the ground up—logo, mascot, plan, and pitch included. This program focuses on business skills and creative thinking—no robotics required!

🚂 Trains, Planes & Automobiles Summer Camp
From the tracks to the skies, this transportation-themed camp dives into robotics-based builds like cars, trains, and aircraft. Campers will create, race, and test their designs while learning STEM fundamentals in a high-energy environment.

Master the art of race car engineering! Campers will build speed machines and test them on the track while learning STEM principles in motion.

Create and customize your own game! Using block-based coding, students will explore loops, conditions, variables, and more. No prior coding experience required—just bring your creativity.

🏁 Go Kart Workshop (One-Day Class)
One night. One kart. All the fun. Campers will build a working go-kart in this fast-paced hands-on workshop.

Construct robots that complete challenges, solve problems, and demonstrate real-world engineering principles in action. A great introduction to advanced robotics in a supportive, project-based setting.
