Fee:

• $150 for LGBA Members

• $200 for Non-Members

You’re invited to apply for a 10' x 10' booth space at the La Grange Carnival, a high-traffic, three-day event in the heart of downtown La Grange. This long-standing community favorite features dazzling carnival rides, classic games, and thousands of families ready to eat, shop, and explore!

Booth spaces are limited — apply now to showcase your flavors and connect with the La Grange community!

Booth Details

• All vendors are assigned a 10' x 10' space.
• You must bring your own tent, tables, and supplies.
• Electricity is provided. Bring your own extension cords.
• Booths must be fully set up by 4:30 PM on Friday, May 30 for inspection.
• Booths must remain operational during all carnival hours:
  • Friday, May 30: 5 PM – 10 PM
  • Saturday, May 31: 12 PM – 10 PM
  • Sunday, June 1: 12 PM – 9 PM

Rules & Requirements

• Food vendors must comply with all health codes and will be inspected before the event begins.
• No alcohol sales are allowed.
• No grease disposal on the ground or in drains — vendors are responsible for environmental cleanup.
• You must bag and dispose of your trash in the designated area.
• There is no overnight security — LGBA and the Village of La Grange are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Water access is non-potable only (via hydrant).
• A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required
  • The La Grange Business Association and Village of La Grange must be named as Additionally Insured
  • The following minimums must be carried
    • $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability
    • $1,000,000 Automobile Liability (Hired & Non-Owned)
    • $1,000,000 Umbrella Liability
