Time to Review Your Medicare Plan: Open Enrollment Assistance Available

September 23 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Medicare Part D prescription drug plans can change each year—sometimes in ways that impact coverage, premiums, deductibles, and co-pays. That’s why it’s so important for beneficiaries to take time each fall to review their current plan and make sure it still meets their needs.

Medicare’s annual open enrollment period runs from October 15 through December 7, giving individuals the opportunity to adjust their coverage for the upcoming year. During this time, older adults and caregivers are encouraged to double-check that their prescriptions remain covered and compare available plans.

To support the community in making informed decisions, Aging Care Connections is offering free, unbiased Medicare Open Enrollment information sessions. Trained SHIP (Senior Health Insurance Program) volunteers will be on-site to answer questions and provide one-on-one guidance.
