Billy Brick’s invites the community to one of the final ticketed pizza-making classes of the year in La Grange, IL. Guests will enjoy a hands-on experience creating their very own wood-fired pizza while learning the art of Neapolitan-style pizza making from the restaurant’s family of master pizzaiolos.
What to Expect:
Participants will stretch their own dough, learn the do’s and don’ts of toppings, and discover the essentials of oven management. Each creation will be baked in Billy Brick’s 900-degree oven, then enjoyed in the dining room. After the class, guests are welcome to stay, enjoy dessert, and continue the fun with their group. While the instructor may depart, the Billy Brick’s team will remain on hand to serve.

One (1) beverage per person
One (1) 12” wood-fired pizza per person, made by the participant (gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available upon request)
