13th Annual Fundraiser – The Legacy Guild

There is still time to support The Legacy Guild at their 13th Annual Fundraiser on Saturday, March 7! They are transforming The Elm into a vibrant celebration of hope and community, featuring dinner, open bar, and live music from Opal and The Pigs.

The event will feature shared stories and support of the mission of providing college and trade scholarships and mentoring local students who have lost a parent. They have awarded over $2 million dollars in scholarships to 297 deserving students who reside within Lyons Township High School District 204. In 2025, they distributed $237,000 in scholarships to 80 local students.

More Info on The Legacy Guild
The Legacy Guild is a nonprofit fellowship group that provides college scholarships and mentorship to local students who have lost a parent. They honor the legacy of those who have died by helping send their children to college. Roughly 95% of every dollar spent goes directly towards scholarships in the community.

Each Legacy Guild Scholar who is a full-time student is awarded a $3,000 scholarship renewable for up to four years of undergraduate college – a commitment of up to $12,000 per student.
