Giving Back: Charities You’ll Be Supporting

One of the things that sets Brew Moon apart is its charitable mission. Proceeds support local nonprofits that have deep roots in our community.

Among the 2025 charity recipients is CAAEL (Chicagoland Area Alternative Education League), which is also a proud LGBA Member.

CAAEL’s mission is to empower students in alternative education settings by providing access to interscholastic athletic and academic programming. Through teamwork, mentoring, and engagement, they help students build confidence, improve attendance, and develop essential life skills.

Other supported charities include UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago, which champions independence, dignity, and inclusion for people with disabilities through training, assistive technology, employment programs, and more.

By attending Brew Moon, you’re not only treating yourself to an evening of great beer and music — you’re helping fuel meaningful change in our community.
