Brian acquired the business on January 1, 2018, after a career as Chief Marketing Officer at Edward-Elmhurst Health (now Endeavor Health). He was looking for something more personal and purpose-driven.

Over the past several years, the Home Helpers team has supported hundreds of families—including Brian’s own loved ones and those of close friends. Many of the calls the office receives come during difficult or urgent moments. Being able to step in with reliable care—or connect families with the right resources—has become one of the most meaningful parts of the work.
As one family shared in a review, the caregivers helped their mother remain in her home for more than six years, providing support from light daily assistance all the way to 24/7 care near the end of her life.
Rooted in La Grange
Brian and his wife, Dominica, have called La Grange home since 1995, where they raised their three sons. Their connection to the community runs deep—from coaching youth sports and volunteering in local schools to supporting organizations such as:
