Sponsor an LGBA Monthly Meeting
LGBA Monthly Meetings are a regular opportunity for local business owners, professionals, and community leaders to connect, share updates, and stay engaged with the La Grange business community. Held on the second Thursday of each month at Palmer’s Place, these meetings begin with networking at 8:00am, followed by the meeting program from 8:30am to 9:30am, with additional time to connect afterward.
For just $100, your business can be the exclusive sponsor of one monthly meeting.
With only one sponsor featured per meeting, this is an affordable way to get in front of an engaged local audience while also extending your visibility beyond the room.
Meeting sponsorships are only available for LGBA Members in good standing.

Networking: 8:00 AM
Meeting Program: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Post-Meeting Networking: Immediately following the program
Sponsorship Opportunity
Investment: $100 per meeting
Availability: Limited to one sponsor per meeting
As the featured sponsor, you will receive:
- Ability to set up a table at the meeting
- Five minutes to speak at the beginning of the meeting
- Logo placement on table tents displayed during the event
- Recognition as the featured meeting sponsor
- A video clip of your sponsor remarks shared through LGBA’s website, social media, and newsletter
This sponsorship is designed to give your business visibility both during the meeting and after the event through LGBA’s promotional channels.

Sponsor Presentation Guidelines
LGBA Monthly Meetings are intended to provide a welcoming, professional, and business-focused environment for all attendees. To support that goal, sponsor remarks should align with the following guidelines:
- Presentations should be appropriate for a general business audience and fit within the five-minute time limit
- Political campaigning, endorsements, or commentary on candidates, elected officials, public policy, or the broader political climate are not permitted
- Presentations may not demean, criticize, or negatively reference other businesses, organizations, or individuals
- Topics involving ongoing or potential disputes, particularly between members, should not be addressed
LGBA reserves the right to limit, redirect, decline, or reschedule sponsorships or presentation content in order to maintain the integrity and experience of the meeting.
