Letters to Santa – More Information

The Letters to Santa promotion is conducted by the La Grange Business Association (LGBA) and proudly supported by LaGrange Upholstery. All letters, responses, and information are handled solely by the LGBA.


WHAT WILL BE HAPPENING

The LGBA will collect letters during the Holiday Walk and mail responses on December 8, 9, and 10.
Each response includes a cheerful, general message based on the check marks your child selects. We do not make promises about gifts.

Mailed letters will arrive in an envelope from the LGBA.


IF YOU CAN’T MAKE THE EVENT

If you cannot turn in your child’s letter at the event, please take a photo of the completed form and email it to info@lgba.com.
To ensure a mailed response, we must receive your letter by Monday, December 8 at 5:00pm.


IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE A LETTER

If you have not received a mailed response by December 20, please email info@lgba.com.
Due to mailing timelines, the LGBA will send a personalized letter by email. This email will include a PDF attachment from Santa.


WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

We keep letters until after the Christmas holiday in case a response needs to be resent.
All letters are shredded on the first business day after Christmas.

We do not record, keep, sell, or distribute any personal information — including names and addresses.


NOTE ABOUT MAIL & LEGIBILITY

We cannot guarantee delivery if a letter is lost in the mail, damaged, or missing key information, but we will always do our best to assist if something goes wrong.
