Families in La Grange and surrounding communities are invited to attend a Free Health Clinic on Saturday, September 27 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at Lyons Township High School, South Campus, 4900 Willow Springs Road in Western Springs.
The clinic, presented in partnership with UChicago Medicine and AdventHealth, is designed to extend care to those who may not have access to essential medical services.
Services Available
Attendees will receive free access to a wide variety of health services, including:

Orthopedic joint pain exams and injections
