Launched in January 2025, Grace & Grammar offers a unique combination of services: business etiquette coaching and foreign language education (English, Spanish, and conversational Italian). Through on-demand video modules and personalized workshops, clients learn to navigate today’s fast-paced workplace with confidence—building skills in communication, networking, and professional presence.

The inspiration for Grace & Grammar came from Monia’s passion for helping young professionals—and a heartfelt desire to empower the next generation, including her own stepchildren. She noticed a growing need for practical etiquette and communication skills in the professional world and set out to bridge that gap.
When asked how she came up with the name, Monia explained: “Grace” captures the spirit of etiquette, while “Grammar” represents the language education side of her business—a simple yet meaningful connection to their mission.
A proud La Grange resident, Monia chose to base Grace & Grammar close to home, allowing her to stay connected to the vibrant local community she loves. She recently joined the LGBA and looks forward to getting involved, sharing her talents, and supporting others through her work.
