VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
Self Care Sunday is a new wellness-focused experience designed to connect attendees with businesses that help people look good, feel good, and live well.
Hosted at Remi in downtown La Grange, the event will feature a thoughtfully curated collection of approximately 30 wellness, beauty, fitness, healthy living, and self-care focused businesses — alongside movement classes, demonstrations, inspiration, and opportunities for attendees to discover new favorites.
We welcome applications from businesses including spas, salons, med spas, fitness studios, wellness providers, healthy living brands, self-care retailers, healthy food and beverage concepts, and other organizations aligned with personal well-being.
STANDARD VENDOR SPACE
$200 – LGBA Member / $300 – Non-LGBA Member

- One 6-foot table
- Linene tablecloth
- Space for one branded backdrop / banner behind table
HOST A YOGA / PILATES CLASS

LOAD IN AND PARKING
LOAD-IN
To prevent everyone arriving at the same time, we will give you a specific load-in time. Those loading in early will be able to load out early.
Vendors will load in via the back alley of Remi/Wooden Paddle. Please enter through the leftmost door marked with a 23 and proceed forward to the elevator. Please note that there is a downware grade leading down to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Please unload fully and then park in order to open up alley access.
PARKING
Public lot and street parking can be found through the area. They alley opens up into the closest lot marked on the map. There is also a garage notated on the map next to City Hall for additional parking. Please take note of any time limitations and permitting to avoid ticketing. The LGBA, Wooden Paddle, and Remi are not responsible for any tickets received by vendors.

Please note that Self Care Sunday is a curated event experience, and vendor participation is limited to help create category balance and an engaging attendee experience.
Vendor spaces begin at:
$200 – LGBA Members
$300 – Non-LGBA Members
A $50 refundable application deposit is required with all submissions and will be applied toward your booth fee if approved. Businesses not selected due to category balance, space limitations, or event fit will receive a full refund.
Some vendors may also be asked to provide insurance documentation depending on the nature of products, services, demonstrations, or onsite activities.
