Member Center – Add or remove person from Member Roster

This form is used to either add new members or remove members from your roster. Please note, LGBA staff will reach out to confirm before making updates.

If so, please list the persons name and "new primary" or "new billing"

If so, please designate a new primary or billing contact. (If assigning roles to two people ... please signify which person is which.
