Sign Up for La Grange Restaurant Week

There are two ways that your business can participate – sign-up deadline is January 31, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE:  You can sign up NOW without having the details of your menu item or promotion.  (Just complete step 1) .  We will need to know the details of your menu item / promotion by January 31, 2026 – which is Step 2.

Step 1 - Fill out the initial sign-up

MENU PARTICIPANT

Offer a featured Restaurant Week menu item or specially preppared food offering in sit-down, counter-service, and grab-and-go restaurants.

LGBA Members – $150 plus a $50 gift card
Non-LGBA Members – $250 plus a $50 gift card

PROMOTION ONLY PARTICIPANT

Offer a discount or other promotion to those showing a qualifying receipt from another restaurant’s featured Restaurant Week menu item.

LGBA Members – $50
Non-LGBA Members – Unavailable

Step 2 - Provide Menu Item / Promotion Details

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  Do I have to offer a discount on my featured Restaurant Menu item?
A:  Not necessarily.  You could do an exclusive feature or limited-time special as your featured Restaurant Menu item.  Think marketing – are you marketing a discount or are you marketing culinary creativity?  Both are valid answers.

Q:  Why do I have to provide a gift card?  
A:  We use the gift card as giveaways in the promotion of Restaurant Week.  If you prefer to provide money instead of the additional gift card, we will take it – but the goal is driving people back to your restaurant.  For anyone giving us additional money, we will in turn give the equivalent amount of LGBA Gift Cards to keep the overall promotional budget the same.

Q:  What’s the promotion that you mentioned in the previous question?  
A:   Details are still being determined, but this will involve scanning a QR code upon purchase at all locations.  

Q:  What’s the key to success in participating in La Grange Restaurant Week?  
A:   Think marketing – your goal is to stop people in their tracks and make them want to come to your restaurant.  Typically, either a CREATIVE MENU ITEM they typically don’t see, or an AMAZING DEAL they may not get otherwise.  

Q:  Can I provide restrictions to any deal I offer?  Example:  Only from 3pm – 5pm on  Tuesdays.
No.  Your item / deal must be available during your open hours.  The reason we do this – too many restrictions from our restaurants would result in dissuading guests from paying attention to the promotion and hurting everyone else in the process. 

Q:  When do I have to sign up?  
A:  The deadline for Restaurant Week will be February 1.  Please note, it takes us time to develop marketing materials and pitch the media for potential coverage.  The more info we have, the more we can pitch La Grange as a whole, as well as your individual restaurant.

Q:  Can we get on TV?
A:  We make no guarantees.  We partner with The Ripson Group in our public relations efforts, and we both pitch media – using the information provided in your applications.  The media in turn says where they want to go.  We do our best to try and spread the love, but truly the media makes the call where we end up.
