LGBA Member Tables – 2026 La Grange Farmers Market

PLEASE NOTE – All LGBA Tables slots have been filled.   As part of your LGBA membership, you have access to a limited number of outreach table opportunities at the La Grange Farmers Market. These tables are designed to give members a visible presence at one of La Grange’s most active weekly events and provide a simple way to connect with the community.

How Sign-Ups Work

Table reservations will open on: Wednesday, May 6 at 12:00 PM (Noon) All available dates will be released at that time through SignUpGenius and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited and many dates will fill quickly. The LGBA has 300 member organizations that will potentially be requesting spaces.

Member Access and Availability

Each market date includes a limited number of outreach table spaces.

• A portion of availability is released for LGBA member sign-up
• A portion is allocated in advance for sponsors and ongoing community participants with pre-existing relationships, including organizations such as the La Grange Area Department of Special Education and La Grange Public Library

These placements support the overall market experience and are managed separately from member reservations. Not all dates or table slots will be available during sign-up.

Participation Limits (Member Benefit)

To ensure broad access across the LGBA membership:

• Each member may reserve up to TWO (2) dates during the initial sign-up period.
• Reservations are strictly first-come, first-served
• The two-date limit applies regardless of availability at the time of booking

What Will Be Provided LGBA will provide:

• A standard 6′ outreach table
• A tented space (where applicable)

This is intended to make participation simple and consistent across the market.

Arrival and Setup Window

Setup: 7:00 AM arrival All participants must be fully set up and ready to engage no later than 8:00 AM. Late arrivals without advance coordination with the LGBA may forfeit their space at our discretion.

Table Assignments & Setup

Table letters (A, B, C, D) are used for scheduling only.  All table placements are assigned by LGBA.

• Placement may vary week to week based on layout and operational needs
• Specific location requests cannot be accommodated

Participants will receive location details the week of your scheduled date.

What You’re Responsible For

This is an outreach opportunity within a working farmers market environment. Participants are responsible for:

• Bringing any display materials
• Staffing their space for the full market hours (staying until 1:00 PM)
• Engaging in a manner appropriate for a community, family-friendly setting

Unless explicitly approved, sales of products or services are not permitted.

Expectations

To maintain a consistent and fair experience:

• Reservations are non-transferable
• Missed dates without advance notice may impact future participation eligibility
• LGBA reserves the right to manage table assignments, participation, and availability as needed

Before You Sign Up

Please only reserve dates you are confident you can attend. Demand for table space exceeds availability, and unused reservations limit access for others.
