Grand Ave. in Elmwood Park. Guests are encouraged to suit up in their favorite team jerseys and gather their own group of all-stars for the celebration. \nFor 25 years\, Aging Care Connections’ Sports Ball has combined a love of sports with a commitment to making a difference. This year’s milestone event will feature inspiring stories\, food\, entertainment and fun while raising funds to support the organization’s work. \nProceeds from Sports Ball help Aging Care Connections provide programs that support older adults in living safely\, healthfully and independently. \nYou can support the 25th Anniversary Sports Ball by attending the event\, donating or exploring available sponsorship opportunities.
