DESCRIPTION:Billy Brick’s invites the community to one of the final ticketed pizza-making classes of the year in La Grange\, IL. Guests will enjoy a hands-on experience creating their very own wood-fired pizza while learning the art of Neapolitan-style pizza making from the restaurant’s family of master pizzaiolos. \nWhat to Expect:\nParticipants will stretch their own dough\, learn the do’s and don’ts of toppings\, and discover the essentials of oven management. Each creation will be baked in Billy Brick’s 900-degree oven\, then enjoyed in the dining room. After the class\, guests are welcome to stay\, enjoy dessert\, and continue the fun with their group.
